I apply Mag Lotion(1 tsp) through the day.  This helps with energy/sleep/mitochondria, digestion, all organs and of course detox.  Mineral Rich gets added into my bath every single night.  MR is a great detox, it pulls out and binds to the bad.  We have customers that have joint pain disappear using our MR.  So much science behind it, but all in all, the magnesium/the clay/the baking soda all help balance out the ph of the body. I use the mag spray as a deodoran along with mineral deodorant…but the mag spray can be applied anywhere and acts as a good form of magnesium.  Progest Yam has helped so much with my period being all messed up post-covid.  I had a good 2-3 months of absolutely no libido…I even had period pain, which is abnormal for me.  I’ve been very consistent with the pedestrian and will use this from here on out.  Wild yam balances our hormones.  We make the cleanest version.  Lymph Flow Has become my top product.  I feel like this has helped with my weight loss.  Y’all know my story with living in mold- My lymph became stagnant.  Lymph helps carry the toxins/mold out.
